Mat Pilates at the Beach
Join us for a FORM community mat class right on the sand at Hampton Beach. You’ll move through a mindful Pilates sequence designed to awaken your body, strengthen your core, and set a positive tone for the day with the rhythm of the waves. This all-levels class is open to everyone — come as you are, breathe in the salty air, and experience the power of presence in nature.
What to bring: a yoga mat or towel and water

Group Hike at Mount Major
Lace up your hiking shoes and join us for an energizing group hike up beautiful Mount Major!
We’ll take the scenic route, heading up Brook Trail, which offers a peaceful climb alongside a babbling stream and shaded forest paths. At the summit, soak in breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee, then loop back down the Main Trail, a classic route with open rock faces and sweeping mountain scenery. This ~3.5 mile loop will take us about 2.5 hours round trip to move together outside the studio, enjoy fresh air, laughs, and conversation. Pack water, snacks, and your adventurous spirit!
Details: Meet at Mount Major Trailhead, Alton, NH at 7:30 am.

Paddle Board Pilates
Strengthen and lengthen on the sea! Using grounded, bodyweight exercises, this class will focus on alignment and stability, while also building core and glute strength. If you love the reformer, we know you'll love the added balance challenge of practicing Pilates on a paddle board! Like the reformer, consider it another "tool" that can be used to explore movement in new ways! Led by FORM and SEAVĀSANĀ Instructor Kate O’Dowd, trained in Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Mat Pilates. No experience necessary!
