Strength at FORM
At FORM, we offer Strength Training in 1-1, Semi-Private, or Small Group formats. By keeping our groups small or private, we are able to focus on each client to make sure we are keeping you SAFE and hitting your GOALS. We train members looking to get into strength for the first time, dealing with injuries or osteoporosis, trying to lose fat, advance athletic performance, and more.

In person training with a program designed specifically to your needs and to help you reach your goals as efficiently and safely as possible. Our expert trainers will write your program, lead you through you workouts, and be there every step of the way to maintain safety and track your progress!

Personal Train with a friend or 2! A program tailored to your individual needs and goals but practiced together!

Small Group Fitness in a group of 3 members strength training together! A total body strength, cardio, and mobility workout with personal attention to check form and help you progress. Programs run for 8-weeks and are offered sporadically.
