What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening exercise that utilizes a specialized machine called the “Reformer” for support, challenge and resistance. Though it can look intimidating, the Reformer is a safe, effective, low-impact tool to work on core strength, flexibility, balance, and total body tone.
