Paddle Board Pilates

Strengthen and lengthen on the sea! Using grounded, bodyweight exercises, this class will focus on alignment and stability, while also building core and glute strength. If you love the reformer, we know you'll love the added balance challenge of practicing Pilates on a paddle board! Like the reformer, consider it another "tool" that can be used to explore movement in new ways! Led by FORM and SEAVĀSANĀ Instructor Kate O’Dowd, trained in Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and Mat Pilates. No experience necessary!
