Hi! I'm Anna, the owner of FORM. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 8 years in everything from private personal training to large gyms. My passion for Pilates ignited as a teenager. Pilates not only made me feel strong and confident, but it also taught me how to work hard to create my own success and happiness. Over the years I’ve picked up many other forms of exercise, but I always come back to Pilates. I think it is a fun and adaptable tool for navigating life's challenges, from imbalances to injuries to stress. It is my belief that there's a workout for everyone to fall in love with, and in my classes, I strive to cultivate an environment where EVERY member can practice THEIR definitions of strength, confidence, and balance. I can’t wait to work with you wherever you are in your healthy living journey!

Brie - Manager, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach

Hi! My name is Brie, and I am one of the instructors and personal trainers here at FORM. Fitness has always been a part of my life, from playing sports throughout my childhood, to weekend hikes and 5Ks with my family. I really fell into my own wellness journey throughout my time at the University of New Hampshire, where I spent a lot of time in the campus rec learning the fundamentals of strength training. I began to explore other forms of fitness and found a passion for Pilates. I loved the new challenges Pilates brought me, as well as the emphasis on mind and body connection. I found it to complement all other forms of fitness so well that I wanted to help others to experience the mental and physical benefits of Pilates and strength.

In my classes, I focus on creating an environment where clients can feel confident and empowered through their practice, while also having fun of course! I truly believe that everyone can fall in love with their wellness journey with the right guidance and support. I am looking forward to working with you to enhance your life through wellness and movement!

You can expect Brie’s classes to be: Smoothly choreographed and designed to give you a good workout while creating mind-body connection. Friendly and fun!

Jo - Pilates Instructor

Hi I’m Jo! After taking many classes in studio, I followed my passion, completing the pilot FORM instructor training program! While fitness has always been apart of my life, whether it is track, barre, yoga, or strength training, I have found that nothing compares to Pilates. The combination of strength, flexibility, and technique mixed with a deep awareness of individual anatomy and ability makes it a truly unique workout. I love how customizable Pilates is, and the way it takes advantage of the best benefits of fitness. As a healthcare worker, I am also drawn to its wellness components. I love the strong emphasis on core connection, which promotes relaxation of the central nervous system. That feeling lasts long after each workout! In my classes I try to capture the best aspects of Pilates while helping you define what it means to you!

Leslie - Pilates Instructor

Leslie is a nationally recognized Barre and Pilates educator with over 25 years of teaching experience and 18 years as a studio owner. Known for her deep understanding of anatomy and ability to modify movement for every body, Leslie specializes in helping clients build strength, recover from injury, and gain lasting confidence through movement. She is the creator of BarSculpt®, a dynamic, equipment-optional Barre method, and leads teacher trainings in Barre, Mat Pilates, Reformer, and specialized programs such as Pilates for Back Pain and Exercise for Osteoporosis. Leslie is passionate about making mindful movement accessible, sustainable, and transformative for all.

You can expect Leslie’s classes to be:

Approachable, expertly cued, and full of hands-on adjustments and/or verbal cueing. Precise, friendly, accommodating, and encouraging!

Emily - Pilates Instructor

When I discovered Form, I quickly fell in love with the studio! After years of dealing with chronic muscular pain, I found that Pilates gave me relief and strength in a way traditional weightlifting never did. The reduction in pain inspired me to become an instructor so I could help others experience the same freedom in their bodies and connection to movement. I plan my classes to build deep strength while keeping things fun and energizing - the type of classes I enjoy!

You can expect Emily’s classes to be:

Creative and a little spicy with some great music — balanced with my calm tone that allows you to focus throughout class. You will leave class feeling stronger, longer, and more comfortable in your body. 

Olivia - Pilates Instructor

Hi! I’m Olivia, a Pilates instructor pursuing my Mat & Reformer Certification through Balanced Body. Movement has been a passion of mine since I was young; from gymnastics, to Tae Kwon Doe, to dancing professionally, which has been my second job for several years. 

I discovered Pilates through my pre-professional dance career in 2016. Fast forward to 2022, I was introduced to Classical Mat Pilates classes through the Ballet company I was dancing for. During my last season, I ran into injuries due to muscular instabilities and hypermobility and was encouraged to work privately with the company’s Pilates instructor. A love for Pilates grew during this time with her and I formed an understanding of body and mind awareness, breath and importantly, a new found confidence. After recovery, I kicked off my teaching career as a group instructor.

As a dancer, I have an eye for detail and body attunement. I bring this lens into my classes, guiding clients with accessible and individualized tools to learn how to attune to their own bodies, strengthen their mind-body connection and form  - and adding a few Ballet terms along the way ;). It is a joy for me to see clients have their “ah-ha” moment, finding their new found confidence! I’m looking forward to walking with you in your wellness journey.

Clear, light-hearted, classically based, and flowy. Olivia’s teaching suits students at every level with engaging cueing and a positive, educational atmosphere.

Bella - Pilates Instructor

I am Bella, a group reformer Pilates Instructor.

Movement has always been such an important part of my life, not just for strength, but for joy and balance. I have always loved finding new ways to move my body and challenge myself through fitness. When I discovered Pilates, I was drawn into the method by how it combines mindful movement with physical challenge. I appreciated how a dynamic, total body workout can be adapted to support each individual - even within a group setting. The relatability and versatility Pilates offers to everyone is what influenced me to become an instructor. 

I strive to create a fun, upbeat, and welcoming vibe at FORM. Everyone has a place here. My goal is to help clients build a great mind to muscle connection, enjoy the process of moving, and leave feeling stronger, more energized, and empowered. I cannot wait to be apart of your fitness journey!

Carolyn - Pilates Instructor

I’m Carolyn, a reformer and mat Pilates instructor and certified personal trainer. I began teaching classes as when my daughters were young and found that teaching in the fitness world gave me as much energy as taking classes!

I’m passionate about learning the science behind the endless benefits of movement and wellness routines. I love how reformer Pilates is an ideal compliment to other forms of exercise - I refer to it as my own “proactive physical therapy” as it builds foundational core strength, aligned movement patterns, and deliberate breath work. I’m equally passionate about gaining strength and muscle mass and understanding the benefits of exercise for longevity.

I guide clients through contemporary flows that build a strong mind-body and mind-muscle connection. I love how Pilates offers a total body workout for every body - from those with injuries and health conditions to those with specific fitness goals. I personally embrace regular Pilates classes, CrossFit sessions, and long runs.

You can expect Carolyn’s classes to be: Spicy, focused, and full of precise cueing that will help you unlock your potential. Energetic, focused, and challenging!

Jason - Personal Trainer

With 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals. I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Academy on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) along with being a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.

My expertise lies in post rehabilitation corrective exercise and functional strength training. I believe that a strong foundation is crucial for long - term success. I work closely with clients to personalize a program that enhances mobility, strength, and overall well - being.

 Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping clients recover from injuries and improve their functional movement patterns, ensuring they engage in their daily activities pain - free and with confidence.

My training philosophy centers on creating a supportive and motivating environment where clients feel empowered to push their limits and achieve their best selves! 

Maddie - Personal Trainer

Hi! It's Madeline, personal trainer at FORM! Fitness has always been a part of my life from doing sports throughout my school years and training/lifting for the last 12 years! I've been through many phases of my own fitness journey having done athletic training, strength training, and hypertrophy style training! I believe everyone should move their body and feel strong through all phases of life. Making your health and fitness a priority will have you feeling your best in all everyday activities. 

I want to help you build muscle and confidence inside and out of the gym! My goal is to push you toward your goals with discipline, encouragement, and just having fun while you're here!
