Frequently Asked Questions

  • We encourage students to come 10 minutes early to properly check in and get ready. If you are new, we’d love to have 15 minutes with you to be able to introduce you to the equipment and learn about any injuries/preferences.

  • You can go barefoot or wear sticky socks (we have some available for purchase at the front desk)!

    For clothes, something comfortable - whatever you feel good in that will allow you to move freely.

    For yoga/mat we recommend bringing your own mat.

  • The first step is to sign up for our 2 Weeks Unlimited New Client Special! With this, you can try out any classes we offer so you can decide what package/membership is right for you. All of our pricing options are listed here. To schedule, you can go through the app or the website, and you can purchase upon booking or you can purchase ahead of time. Still want some assistance?
