Anna - Owner, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach

Hi! I'm Anna, the owner of FORM. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 8 years in everything from private personal training to large gyms. My passion for Pilates ignited as a teenager. Pilates not only made me feel strong and confident, but it also taught me how to work hard to create my own success and happiness. Over the years I’ve picked up many other forms of exercise, but I always come back to Pilates. I think it is a fun and adaptable tool for navigating life's challenges, from imbalances to injuries to stress. It is my belief that there's a workout for everyone to fall in love with, and in my classes, I strive to cultivate an environment where EVERY member can practice THEIR definitions of strength, confidence, and balance. I can’t wait to work with you wherever you are in your healthy living journey!

You can expect Anna’s classes to be: Flowy and full of layers - allowing you to challenge yourself from exactly where your body is today. Warm, welcoming an encouraging!

Brie - Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach

Hi! My name is Brie, and I am one of the instructors and personal trainers here at FORM. Fitness has always been a part of my life, from playing sports throughout my childhood, to weekend hikes and 5Ks with my family. I really fell into my own wellness journey throughout my time at the University of New Hampshire, where I spent a lot of time in the campus rec learning the fundamentals of strength training. I began to explore other forms of fitness and found a passion for Pilates. I loved the new challenges Pilates brought me, as well as the emphasis on mind and body connection. I found it to complement all other forms of fitness so well that I wanted to help others to experience the mental and physical benefits of Pilates and strength. In my classes I focus on creating an environment where clients can feel confident and empowered through their practice, while also having fun of course! I truly believe that everyone can fall in love with their wellness journey with the right guidance and support. I am looking forward to working with you to enhance your life through wellness and movement!

Carolyn - Pilates Instructor

I am an experienced Pilates instructor who guides clients through contemporary flows that build a strong mind-body connection. I am passionate about the ways Pilates offers a total body workout for everybody - from those with injuries to those with specific fitness goals. I personally enjoy a spicy Pilates class as much as a long run or strength training session. In addition to teaching at FORM, I bring weekly mat sessions to Crossfit athletes and am also certified in FitCore through Peak Pilates.

A mama of three young daughters, I live with my family in Greenland. I tap into my experience from teaching elementary grades for over 15 years to bring precise cues to my clients, supporting their journeys towards body awareness and strength.

You can expect Carolyn’s classes to be: Spicy, focused, and full of precise cueing that will help you unlock your potential. Energetic, helpful, and challenging!

Janelle - Pilates Instructor

As a professional dancer with credits ranging from ballet to Broadway and with 15 years in the fields of fitness and mind-body wellness, I am an experienced and passionate movement educator. I first discovered Pilates while pursuing my BFA in Ballet at the University of Utah, and quickly felt how the practice changed my body, control, muscle awareness, and core strength. In New York City, Pilates continued to be my go-to cross-training for the demands of my dance career, and I received my mat certification through Power Pilates NYC in 2008. I went on to teach wait-listed barre fitness and mat classes to celebrity clientele at Physique 57 in NYC and later, at Exhale Spa in Boston, as well as dance and fitness master classes around the country, most recently for Audible and Amazon in Seattle, WA. Always a student, I have received multiple additional Pilates trainings for specialized populations through Power Pilates, and completed her Reformer training through Balanced Body in 2022. I continue to be fascinated and inspired by the many “inside-out” benefits of Pilates that has kept me dancing into my 40s, and love to share this life-changing, challenging system with my clients. www.janelleabbottstaley.com
